BREAKING: Candidates' First Quarter Campaign Finance Reports, In a Nutshell

On the 2020 Money Trail plans to bring you full coverage of the many aspects of money in the 2020 Presidential race. Some of that will be in-depth, some will be quick updates, and other coverage will fall in the middle. Because today is the deadline for candidates to file their reports for the first quarter of 2019, we will start with some of the top-line numbers. We will then dig deeper into the reports and re-publish many of the reports here for your convenient perusal. So, buckle up as we give you the updates! 9:15am: Former Democratic Congressman John Delaney filed his report yesterday. He's been running since last year and much of his receipts so far have been from his personal wealth. In the 1Q19 report just filed, he reported receipts of $12.1M. However, more than $11.7M of that was from Delaney himself - bringing his personal investment to $16.4M so far. The campaign committee's cash on hand (COH) as of March 31 is thus $10.6M.
